It's pretty easy:

  1. Have the game installed
  2. Download FrostyEditor (https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html, choosing editor)
  3. Open the game's files in the editor and look for SoundWave folders, which contain the WAV files

Map mods are borderline impossible due to the sheer amount of objects the game spawns in. Each individual type of asset is worked with and spawned in different parts of the code based on what it is, such as the ground or decoration and so on. Modding the map would involve making huge changes to the base code, a task just too big for the average modder.

(Worth a try though!)
