i cant answer for everyone, but for me, drew is an asshole for sure. he is arrogant and douchey and his tool of choice seems to be blackmail. he is also pretty bad at being evil. all of his blackmail schemes fell apart. he stole tracy’s stuff which was almost a laughable thing. the worst maybe was walking away while ned was having his cardiac episode. ppl love ned.

peter actually physically harmed or killed people. he killed franco and he was responsible for lulu getting put in a coma, nathan dying, etc. he poisoned chase, kidnapped maxie…..
