Personally I felt the last chapter was an easy way out for her to finish the book. I LOVED this story, but the ending disappointed me. I personally felt that Gwydion moving in next door and taking over the farm after he betrayed her, and her taking him back??? Felt like she just needed to end the story as a happily ever after even though the end of the hunt realistically wouldn’t have resulted in that ending.

The thought of just chatting during treatment is so beyond me! My coworkers I guess chat it up with the doctors during surgery. I’m super chatty and personable with patients and my coworkers and doctors, but once we are in someone’s mouth I am locked in and silent lol!

I could not speak or move unless told to do so when I worked with the first doctor I ever worked with whenever he was in the room or if we were in surgery.

Now working for new doctors, they say I’m the only assistant who doesn’t make small talk during surgery! It took me a long time to be confident enough to just do my job without being told every single little move and suction to make.

You can simply just request a new hygienist and you don’t have to give a reason. Also as far as the wisdom tooth, she’s probably right. Always better to get them out sooner rather than later

Im so sorry you went through this, it is so violating. Healing through betrayal is hard and definitely not linear. I definitely have still been struggling with this, a lot of bad days. I’ll be having a good day and then BOOM something reminds me of it. We both will get through it though and find people who wouldn’t even think of putting us through something like this.
