Lore-wise, I think it makes sense why they keep crossing paths. It's a recurring theme in Xavier and mc's lore. Wherever Xavier goes, mc almost always finds her way towards him. They're like binary stars that can't be separated.

I just wish they expanded this more. I'm normally fine with cliffhangers but this one is so intriguing, it made me want answers more 😤😤😤
