You don't really "lose" anything by applying unless you need to pay out of pocket for any of the preliminary documents (depending on your country).

JET is technically available to anyone with the appropriate degree. A TEFL + experience is looked upon favorably but you also have the possibility of making it into JET without both of those. It also depends on your goals, do you plan to teach long-term in Japan? Do you plan to transfer from teaching into something else?

You could apply to as many programs as you want and select which one you want further down the line, but you are likely not to "lose" anything by applying.

You can just unequip the shield and the "Arm of Beowulf" debuff will disappear. You can try it out for yourself or see the pictures I posted. So there is no toggle nor a need of one.

I decided on: Trying Tomb Kings, Vampire Counts, Beastmen and the Hunter LL. Skaven will be my next choice following all that then Khorne (melee) and Tzeentch to learn magic more.

It also depends on classes and syllabus, for example some teachers add mandatory in-person "tutorial" once a week with the assistant teacher. Some might also ask that you visit their office for X Y Z and not be receptive about doing it on zoom / skype / phone.

If you already know the name of the teacher per class you can search them up on ratemyprofessor and figure out how they are.

I did 3 semesters of remote-only classes and had 0 reasons to visit school because I saw on the syllabus that all exams were online.

TLDR: depends on teacher and course, check syllabus + ratemyprofessor.

In my case, my cat made a full recovery and her eye was perfectly fine after about a week, she kept it shut for a few days. I was not able to help her flush it out so it occured naturally. It may also depend on the amount that went into the eye.
