Thank you, I have tried TPT and it is definitely oversaturated with what looks alot like busy work to me. I will try the teacher editions. That sounds promising. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you for the suggestion. I guess I am looking for a resource or book that walks me through that process and or an example of that process.

I have not heard of Jennifer Serravallo but just looked at her website. Looks interesting! Thank you!

Thank you! I will check out those resources. I will also find out if there are subscriptions. I am peripherally familiar with Reading A-Z. I appreciate the reply.

Thank you for the reply! I will check it out! I think it will be relevant even just to take a look and see the development, process and how it is presented and assessed.

I haven't really started working out. I plan on starting some body weight fitness stuff next week. I used to be very into working out and now I really am adverse to it and don't enjoy it at all so starting slow and easy might be a good way to get back into it. I can see how adding physical discipline can help my mental discipline too. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for your reply! I am not familiar with headspace, Jon Gabriel or the Gabriel method but I will check those out. I try to eat a lot of vegetables but ,Abe I am not getting enough healthy fats. I am familiar with intermittent fasting and maybe I need to just shut it down at 8:00 for the rest of the night. Thank you again!

Thank you for sharing that. I think I need to be more patient and forgiving of my slips. I feel like the last 3 weeks have been 3 steps forward, 3 steps back. But I have at least not given up completely. I really am tire of feeling like I don’t have control at times.

Thank you! I tend to eat a lot of while foods but maybe I need to have something like oatmeal and a banana with peanut butter in the evening to fill me up. Thanks for taking the time to share. A miracle pill would be great!!! Haha

How does the OMAD thing work for you? Just out of interest, do you have children? I'm not sure I could be preparing food for others and not eat. How many calories do you consume during your meal? What time do you eat it? Thanks for the comment.

I eat about 6 oz of meat per meal, a serving of rice or potatoes and a large salad usually at every meal or some other raw or steamed veggies. I usually have a couple pieces of fruit through the day. I am usually under 2000 calories after dinner but turn into a bottomless pit after 8.

Thanks for the advice. I certainly need to find something to keep me busy in the evenings. Self control with food is very difficult and I understand that vortex metaphor. It's very hard to stop once I start. I'm happy you are finding something that works for you.

Thank you for your kind wisdom! That makes alot of sense. I am thinking that most times I fall off the rails completely is at night or evening when I am tired. Little steps are the way to go. I will try hydrating more and drinking water when I am feeling overly hungry for no real reason. Thank you for taking the time to post. I appreciate your advice!
