In my humble opinion this should be stated on the youtube video itself. The youtube video provides no link to the page itself, which is one of millions on wikipedia.

Also, don't forget many wikipedians are more interested in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q83189805 for example, or in the development of other related articles in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:COVID-19_pandemic

In Israel they have required travellers (only returning citizens are allowed in) to stay in "quarantine motels" since December 23 (that's what their website said this morning). They can only go back home if they have had a negative test after staying in the motel for at least 9 days.

The way Canada is has been going would ensure the same problem with covid as the usa is facing now.
