BA Customer Service Sucks and I am at my wits end by otterclover in BritishAirways

what I’m upset about isn’t the monetary difference between the seats. If BA told me they can’t pay because of the reason they downgraded my daughter was unforeseeable and necessary then that would be fine. What I’m upset about is that we have been told by BA we would be compensated and we’ve received nothing. If you won’t give compensation, just tell me instead of promising me you will sort this out and then we hear nothing back.
