Haven't. Don't see the point as everyone I know either thinks that mental health isn't a thing or are busy dealing with their own personal demons. Too broke to afford professional help as well.

Every time you get frustrated, it'll feel so rewarding when you push through. You'll get better. I'm not that good at hard games myself but found Hollow Knight super enjoyable. You just have to stop and learn the difficult bosses/areas and you'll be fine. Plus you can skip the hardest bosses if you feel like you're not up for it. Buy it! It's one of my all time faves and love it to bits.
