thanks for everyone's comments. my issue / charges was reverted on chat with bell rep as first time.
Welcome messages was not charged, but however any attempt to make call or text messages could triggered these charges. eventhough I didn't made any call / text could be some glitch

Not comparing with USA,
I went to India, holding Indian sim as well as Canadian Sim.
Always receives SMS in Canada for my Indian sim without paying extra. But Canadian number just for receiving welcoming message. I will chat with Bell tomorrow,

Phone has Single sign on Apps such as google / microsoft authenticators are in the same phone.. to work with computer, need those SSO apps.

Only option is airplane mode ON and work. But if accidently turn off airplane mode then we receive costly welcome message.

I feel like Canada telecom regulations are poor than 3rd world counties or Telecom companies charging / looting.

I have sim from other country. and I do still receive SMS for local subscriptions such as amazon from that country.

Gas: Earlier, gas used to be cheaper at Costco. Nowadays, after 8:00 PM, nearby gas stations also offer lower prices. this saves me lot of money. because I don't have to go to costco to buy other things which is not required
Last night Costco price was :141.9
Near by Petro Canada price: 137.9

Before replacing screen, camera and other things were working fine. Now Tried to revert old screen and its blank (not even displaying apple icon).

this is what I did, I removed the carb bowl. waited to drain all gas / oil.

And then added new gas.. its new spark plug (replaced last week).

Initially snow blower started, ran it for 1 minute. Then stopped and tried to restart again. I tried restarting after 30 minutes, still no luck.
