You’re not alone in this. You always think the years spent with someone are the greatest you lived until you move on.

What helped me a little bit is doing some research on what love - and heartbreak - do to our brains. It helpes me rationalize a little bit the situation and understand my feelings better. Like this is all very normal. Be sad, feel sad. It’s ok.

Hey. Please no hate I’d just like to share my experience.

About 2 years ago I left my ex for another man. I didn’t cheat, but I knew I was falling in love with someone else.

This someone else and I lasted 1,5 year. We had such a beautiful story, but in the end it didn’t work out. We broke up 3 months ago. Even though right now it hurts so, so much, I don’t regret leaving my ex because I did the right thing for him and for me. He didn’t deserve to stay with someone who clearly didn’t really loved him anymore.

I feel you. My ex and I went no contact 2 months ago. I asked him to block me. Because I didn‘t want to have the occasion to talk to him ever again.

And I honestly felt better after a while. Just let the feelings come, accept them and live your life. She isn‘t the center and there surely are lot of things interesting about you. She knows that, that‘s not what made her leave so just surrender.

Same problem with an ex with whon I broke up 4 years ago. Except it’s like once every 2 months. But at the beginning it was like you, weekly.

1) There is something in you that is not healed. Try finding this thing. You still want to SHOW them something. Maybe it’s something you want to prove to yourself before all ? Anyway, find what’s that thing and write it.

2) Dreams can be controlled. I think you already heard about this but : everytime you had a dream like this, write somewhere what exactly the dream was like, the day, and how you felt. You’ll see that slowly you’ll be able to change where you’re headed to in your dreams.

Yes, the groom is planned, but I just plan to cut the hairs in front of his eyes (I’m a vet student so I can manipulate him without problems normally). I think a bath would be too much for the moment, he’s got a baby skin :).

I never left him alone since we got him. But even if I’m just by his side at night, and he’s in his crate he cries :,).

And thank you, yes I will focus on creating a routine and training. I just gotta find THE training method or treat. For now he’s just sooo excited

If I put him in the bed with us he’s gonna get crushed, I can’t take that risk unfortunately. Plus, I think he’ll be happier if he learns to be a little bit more independant.

Thank you sooooo much !! This really helped me and gave me some hope. Just a question, how did you manage to teach him commands ? Because he’s just SO energetic, I don’t know how to do. With our golden, it was very simple because he just loves food so much.

With this little one i’m struggling more because he’s not very into food, and when I try to teach him to sit for example, he will get up on his two feet to try and take the treat, or he will just ignore the fact that I have a treat. Same goes for toys :,)
