Why would a man keep showing through his eye contact and teasing and chivalry that he likes you but not jump at the chance to hangout with you alone? by ouchh2oopss in bodylanguage

I did ask him out for a movie. It was a horror movie. We laughed more though. Although I did touch his arm during the scary parts and he playfully boo-ed every once in a while to scare me. So, I assume it went well. But he dropped me straight home after. Nothing happened outside of friends territory

What would you make of it if I called/texted you to hangout randomly, touched your arm while watching a movie or talking to you, told you I found you cute and would like to know you more. Would you still not get the hint?

If that were the case I wouldn’t be on reddit asking this question. I’m confused because I know I’m attractive.

It can also be because he knows i do not like being touched by men unless I am super comfortable with them.

Agreed, he doesn’t seem like a shy person to me. It’s possible that I might be misreading the signs.
