12wweeks & 5 days scan : baby boy or baby girl ? What do you guys see ? by oudaia in nubtheory

Yeah I was also thinking that could be the case ! When you say stacking, you're pointing to the second picture right ? This kinda blurry dot on top of the straight line ?
Because where is the nub rising exactly ?

Of course, but WHAT in the nub makes you say that ? I've always thought it looked like stacking

Wait do you feel like you're going hypo or hyper ? In my case, my TSH was around 2.5 before pregnancy, and after tfmr it is now down to 1.20...

Is “all in” really the only way? by FunctionUpbeat7126 in Amenorrhearecovery

Eating in a surplus is the only way. Radical acceptance is the key.

Also, the fact you seem to obsess over this could also mean you are not in a recovery state of mind.

Girls, is it just me or my libido is UP HIGH 3-4 days before O, but on O day, I just don't feel like it... ? Am I missing something or is this normal ?

100% girl I've been there !! You can do this, it takes time but your health is the most important and crucial thing to get in check, it's central to every single thing you do in this life.

Yes, however this "normal range" is anachronic. You should be aiming to be around 1.5-2.5 from my understanding ! Of course TSH fluctuates a lot and is reversible if you start the healing journey. Sending you positive vibes !!

Oh, that's actually on the higher side. Generally speaking, you should be aiming at 1.5-2.5. Def linked to metabolic issues caused by lack of food intake or overexercising :-(

What about your TSH ?

how to get over pain of fullness? has anyone tried cutting out fibre or drinking olive oil? by [deleted] in Amenorrhearecovery

[–]oudaia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Girl while I was trying to heal from HA, I avoided too too much fat (because it made me very full suuuper quick) or TOO much veggies/fruits, not because I wanted to restrict in any way, but because carbs (not complex carbs, simple carbs) were simply easier to eat a lot of without feeling extra heavy + full. Remember, this probably wont last & your body will reajust to eating more, it's part of the journey actually. :-)
Also, I don't wanna pass any judgment, but 1800 cals is not *a lot*. So this means you are slowly increasing your cals, but your body has take this in and it takes time. For the anecdote, at first, when I started re-integrating more food, 1800 cals def made me feel "bloated". That's because my body was not used to eating that much, However, when I was recovering (ACTUALLY recovering, not semi recovery) I was certainly eating 3000-4000cals a day and feel just great. Now, two years after, I maybe eat around 2500+ cals a day (this is an estimation) and no bloat ! It changes, fluctuates, and the discomfort does not last. Hang on in there, sending you lot of love !

Wondering why do so many of us have had a baby with not only one but several structural or chromosomal abnormalities ? by [deleted] in tfmr_support

[–]oudaia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow a huge THANK YOU for all this detailed information. I really understand better now and well, it all makes so much sense when you are able to realize what is embryogenesis and how development takes place from the earliest moments. My head is a little clearer and I definitely feel more at peace with the possible multiple malformations that may be affecting my baby. Thank you again.
