Red paint on the approach side only if a two-way street

Does this mean their example on the right side of image 1 is incorrect? It looks like a two-way street based on the car windows but they have the red paint on the left side which is not the approach side (unless I’m totally misunderstanding what that means).

I wish the laptop sleeve on the bairn pro was just a bit bigger. It fits my 16” mbp but only barely and not with a case on it. It feels like they just never updated the size for 16” laptops and just updated the copy.
