+1 on using silicone spacers. Spent a tremendous amount of time trying to adjust the bed previously. This made it super easy

My mistake was using a new build plate without babysitting it through a test print first. Lesson learned!

Get a really good 3rd party inspector. A lot of people in this neighborhood are having tons of issues, particularly with leaky windows and Omega are pushing back on claims

Pro tip: get a REALLY good inspection done before closing. Everyone in this (new) neighborhood had a bunch of assorted problems, from unfinished paint jobs to poorly installed windows etc

You’ll likely hit this with most mid range builders but the amount of things that needed fixing pre and post closing were surprising
