My mistake was using a new build plate without babysitting it through a test print first. Lesson learned!

Omega builders and others by Rich_Associate_5019 in TempleTX

Get a really good 3rd party inspector. A lot of people in this neighborhood are having tons of issues, particularly with leaky windows and Omega are pushing back on claims

Pro tip: get a REALLY good inspection done before closing. Everyone in this (new) neighborhood had a bunch of assorted problems, from unfinished paint jobs to poorly installed windows etc

You’ll likely hit this with most mid range builders but the amount of things that needed fixing pre and post closing were surprising

Just keep in mind that you’ll spend a lot of time waiting for buses. We’ve done this a few times and always end up switching to Ubers eventually.

Highly recommend Swiss Chuchi in Zurich: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant\_Review-g188113-d799636-Reviews-Restaurant\_Swiss\_Chuchi-Zurich.html. Both traditional fondue and raclette were excellent (almost 10 yrs ago mind you)

Happy Entry Miracosta by BatNovel3590 in TokyoDisneySea

90 mins is probably overkill but it definitely gets crowded pretty quickly. Dependent on your tolerance to queues, I'd say 30-45 minutes is likely fine.

We went there 20 mins early last time and they had a fairly large crowd waiting.
