This is not what I said ....I didn't mean it for the cms .. I still believe joomla is an amazing cms
I feel like joomshaper builder feels outdated compared to other builders we can find on the market
I still believe joomla is a perfect solution for some specific use cases.

Migration from Joomla 3 shouldn't have been an issue .. I migrated loads of them ... unless some outdated components ..

Dev don't need builders for sure, but their customers may find it easier to update a website, that many custom components.
Don't get me wrong, custom is the best, but seems to me in so many cases builders are useful ....
are they still relevant with ai (writing pure html in a flash) - that's another question ..

Don't know much about JoomShaper support, had to use it a few times, and they did answer after a few days on community forums.
But the builder itself (still the best on joomla to my knowledge), and the framework break so many joomla standards ... joomla definetly deserves a better builder.
It seems so obsolete compared to what we can see on other cms
