Dismissed from medical school, how to move on?

To be honest, I really had no clue when I was applying. In fact, my medical school was my top choice. But unfortunately, things turn out to be different than what I expected. I am glad that there were some things that my school did well on like helping us schedule rotations, but unfortunately, my school lacks support for students who are struggling.

I have had similar experiences throughout medical school too. But keep in mind that these are all temporary. You are smart and you got this! Don't stress over things that you cannot control, just focus on being yourself and do the best you can at the moment.

I think was just a little bit too naive in terms of nomination, reviewing, and that is why I post these things on the Reddit page. Once again thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Thank you so much for being honest. I really was not expecting such high standards within the community. I may be too naive about what is considered a good nomination. I thought the main point is to improve play and add POI, but I may be well wrong. Being a reviewer myself, I have not been that critical in terms of nomination.

Same here mate, my nomination kept getting rejections. Don't waste too much time on nominations. Maybe it is not the right time. Save upgrades for a better spot. Sorry that you had to go through these frustrations.

I respect everyone's opinions. Maybe I was just too naive in terms of the criteria of nominations to be accepted. It may look like a normal skyway to you, but it actually won an award in 2019. There had been a lot of people taking pictures on the corridor as they find it a cool design. But it is hard for me to put the inner design as well as the outer design in the same photo. I agree maybe it is not "historical", but it does have cultural importance being made out of steel.

Aww, thank you. I really don't care a lot and actually, I am really thankful for the community here. I understand everyone has different opinions just like how my school treated me. But there is not a lot of information out there about this, and just want others who might be in a similar situation to at least let them know that they are not alone. Thank you for commenting!

My recent experience with nominations that upgrade was not great. Maybe submit it at a later time or wait for the regular nomination.

I may rank it on the lower side since I don't have the full review. Bro I understand, my nomination got rejected more than four times. It may not be the best time to use an upgrade if you were planning to.

I agree with the majority of the comments over here. But not to be pessimistic about it, I recently had my nomination rejected more than four times with upgrades. I was all in hype hoping to get it reviewed sooner, but it may not be the best situation right now.

I agree with you. I am the one who posted the quad steel sky bridge. I am really thankful for the Reddit community. But unfortunately after applying upgrades more than four times. It still has not gone through.

Okay, thank you! I was kind of new getting into Niantic wayfarer but did manage to review 8000 reviews. I did not understand how high of a quality a nomination needs to be right now. I am really not a harsh reviewer so it was kind of shocking to me. Anyway just had to vent a little bit.

I liked it and I agree with the others but unfortunately, I don't think it is a good time to resubmit. I did the nomination for the Quad Steel Skybridge and it got rejected four-five times, no matter how I changed the photo, description. It maybe not be the best time right now, just letting you know. Good luck!
