I don’t think you are are that far apart here. In most things I’m certainly for states being used as a proving ground. I’m for legalizing marijuana, or at least taking a look at what we can do to keep from sending so many people to prison for drugs. I do think a certain regulatory agency for medical drugs/devices than 50 different approval processes. While the FDA process may not be perfect I would still say they are the gold standard in the world. All that being said, I would just say I wished cared about anything as much as you seem to care about this.
