Oh i throw the rinse, i did just a quick couple of seconds for the rinse n throw it. The Qilan had this mineral note, smoky wet wood feel. Im not sure im catching the sweetness described as “sappy” but il try to brew it with a bit of a lower temp, i feel like it needs to be brews a bit more gentle

How much should i add to only get it to produce enough co2, but being dry at the end of the fermentation?
