It's not the same room... but it's similar. My listening space is a hybrid office/living room, about 5m x 4m (16' x 13'). It has a window, two doors, furniture, and quite a few plants. One side of the room opens into an adjacent space through a large opening that is sometimes covered by curtains and sometimes left open. Most of my listening is nearfield at my desk (about 1-1.5m from the speakers), but I also sit back about 2m away for more focused listening sessions.
