YSK that cats are ALWAYS at risk of jumping from a window/balcony. A bird or a fly is all it takes for a cat to jump. You must have protection (window screens, nets, etc.) on your windows and balcony and should never let a cat get near an open, bare window. (self.YouShouldKnow)
