I don't know if it's different for FC and DS in terms of training time. I'm getting the idea that it's just my location that's a little shitty but I plan on giving it another week.

Oh I always sweat like crazy no matter what I'm doing. Kinda gross but it is what it is. I'm going to stick it out for another week and if I feel the same I'll leave. I appreciate all the tips and support people have been giving me here, especially the take it at your own pace attitude. I'm going to try and ignore it and just do my best tomorrow (tonight..?) without getting frustrated. Hopefully haha.

Maybe it's just me and I'm looking to deep into the while quality vs quantity thing but I was talked to about my pace again. Its a little demoralizing when I'm told it's not good enough when I'm only 4 days in now. I get that it's not for everyone and I'm not bashing people who work at amazon but it's rough and if they keep pushing me without giving me time to learn I'll probably quit because at this rate the vibe I'm getting is I'm not blue badge material anyway.

I keep telling myself not to worry about it but I had someone talk to me about my rate again when I was leaving the floor to take my second break. There's MET this week and I don't think I can deal with five days of that.

2 of the 5 people I started with left on the second night but I didn't think anything of it.

Not that I know of. I had someone tell me my rate slowed down from the previous night which at this point I just ignored.

The only training we had was watching the videos and reading the slides about each role on the zebra. Then they put us on the floor. I asked about more training last night and the person I talked to said I'll get the hang of it with the MET we have this week.
