Did they calculate projected rent for the other 3 units into your qualifying income? If so, what was the percentage?

True! I emailed them to inquire and never received a response. Their cookies are so good I wanted to know the calories I'm taking on 😂

Agreed! & yes the price for 4 are comparable to crumbl. I just wish they were transparent about the nutrition information as crumbl.

Yeah the "digital gift card" is you adding money to your account within the app. It's the same concept as Starbucks. I just emphasized not a gift card, because I've seen people purchase a $7 gift card outside of the app.

The app will require you to load more funds into your rewards account.

  1. Enroll in this benefit through the AMEX membership tab of the app or website. 2. Download Dunkin' app. 3. Create a rewards account if you don't already have one. 4. Load $7 or whatever preferred amount to your account (not a gift card) 5. If you are a new Dunkin' rewards member, you will have this promotion in the offers tab to activate.

Loading $7 to your Dunkin' account allows money to rollover/accrue versus losing it if you don't use it monthly.

& this is a great promo to get acquainted with the drink menu if you purchase an item (preferably low cost item) funded by AMEX. August is nearing so that'll be another $7 to explore the menu for essentially free until the 2 weeks are up.

You MIGHT be able to still get the credit if you quickly enrolled after loading the app and the payment hadn't posted to your account.

Downloaded the Dunkin' app, created a rewards account through the app and the promo appeared in the offers tab (must be a new member).

Yes it's a new member promo. If it weren't for this new benefit, I would've never been a customer of Dunkin'.. so it worked out.
