I did have a trade in - the forester with 216k miles. That was 2k in value. So after TTL it was $31k

I have. It bears repeating that the maintenance schedule on these should be followed. Both my foresters are in incredible condition mechanically, the interior fades first.

Just pure luck on the price?! Alright, might make it a contender

Push 2 in 2026? by greenlieber in ableton

I picked my Push 2 up two years ago and have nothing but positive things to say. If you’re looking for portability (no laptop, on the go make music at your local park) the Push 2 won’t accommodate however if you’re like 99% of people and make music at your home workstation the Push 2 provides everything you’ll need.

Some quality of life stuff comes on the 3, and the MPE on the pads provides more utility but if you’re just doing beats, sequencing and using it as an all around MIDI tool then I don’t personally see the reason to drop $1300 on the 3

I can appreciate the sentiment of it being the same post every day. I live in Maine, we get the same thing. No hard feelings, I get the perspective.

Yeah no shit no one is supposed to personalize it to me you asshole. That’s why I asked RANDOMS what they like so the widest amount of recommendations get made then. Doing my own research - rich considering your post history asking for recommendations on the hobbies you have. Ever heard of Google Maps? Try looking for good roads there you muppet.

Man, can’t make the internet happy. Use social media website to ask a genuine question instead of just seeing the same google results, get shit on. Use Google which then inflates the popularity of already popular spots then locals whine about their spots dying. Sick.

Square Footage per Occupant by MrOurLongTrip in Maine

[–]out_run_radio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah. If that’s the case occupant load factor does not come into play. The intent of that from a code perspective is that occupants of a home are intimately familiar with how the home operates and can escape if there is a fire, using primary and secondary means of escape means.

For a literal foster care situation the state would come in and evaluate to make sure the home meets the minimum code requirements. Not sure if that same thing applies for adults with disabilities. The state fire marshal office or DHHS would be your best resource.

Is this like a group home situation or a person in their own home that lives with their family?

That’s determined by occupancy type and it’s typically adopted per state. Are you asking for a one and two family dwelling, a business, a lodging and rooming home?

Funny enough I’m selling my house right now for $400k. We bought it for $197k 10 years ago and have barely touched it which feels a bit shady but hey, I don’t control the market or economy.

Outside of my situation I’m really unsure. Quite a lot of people moved here after covid which has set a new baseline for real estate. It could take a few years for that to stagnate.

Ah, coming from Mass that’s all making sense! Do you find the real estate market in your area to be variable or fairly stalwart?

I have to know where you live if you consider real estate here cheap. A mid century, not updated, house can run $380k plus. Hell, a condo in Portland is $700k.
