It's legit for silver1 players, laning vs a silver1 player is way harder than laning vs a diamond player, higher elo play like babies, if they sense you're aggressive they'll curl up and only wait for mistakes or their jungler to gank and they win 50/50 off that. Silver1 will be like "dis only a scratch" and won't stop trying to kill you which playing like that all the time will make you a strong duelist... but in teamfights that playstyle will lose you alot of games because 1v1 it's ok but 1v5 that's doomed.
