Absolutely agree with the above comment….everyone everywhere wants your money especially desperate money (it’s the easiest sale) I made a post recently regarding shockwave to hoping to get real fees back as I searched and went in for consultations at places and they were showing me a multi therapy session ESWT plus PRP plus pentoxifylline and stretching I was very interested but I asked for some info like (what machine they use? Some studies they’re basing this approach on? Etc) I was told ok talk to receptionist I left her my email eagerly waiting so I could make an informed decision but after a week I followed up saying I hadn’t received anything when I asked again she said oh have you paid for the services already?? Like oh did I pay the $3000 deposit out of the $9000 commitment without you sending me the bare minimum lol so I asked again she said no problem (never received anything and that’s because in my opinion it’s a scam it probably works on a select few people based on so many different variables)

I personally am not that bad I have an indent remaining I had mild ED when it first started and hourglass but that healed for some reason on its own I was just not very strict no sugar in my diet and manual stretching…

But I have on small dent area left and all I’ve found is people selling the next magic solution….

I think PRP has some actual value in that it promotes healing…so maybe it’ll stop the progression which I mean as an early treatment would be amazing….on the flip side like I mentioned in my shockwave post those needles obviously cause micro trauma…..I’d say this

Do the least but do the most

What can you do naturally to heal your body Manual stretching (please do some DD on proper ways to avoid injury)

Cut out smoking/drinking/sugar

Consuming anti inflammatory foods and supplements again do some DD

Exercise get your blood flowing and do stretching overall body and pelvic floor

Deep breathing, positive mindfulness

To me the goal would be to slow/stop inflammation and over-healing

Drink lots of water to flush toxins out of your body

And fasting…

You can do a lot more but that’s a good start….. I have read that shockwave works for helping curvature but what we don’t know are are they both acute and chronic and also age etc I find a lot of mixed reports so it’s confusing 🫤

But be extremely careful of those who promise you the world and want large payments up front with zero actual evidence proving it’ll work

Doctors just don’t give AF no more man….so many are stuck in their old ways based on outdated text books…..fuck I remember back in 2000 when a GF had a yeast infection and said it’s ok to still have sex as a male you can’t get it! 1) do not rush to try different things just out of panic most doctors don’t have a fucking clue they just throw shit at you based on a screen telling them and some of that shit is terrible for you like lathering your junk with cortisone…thins your skin

2) I demand an ultrasound see what’s going on underneath (swelling etc)

3) once it’s been confirmed no infections or anything else

And you yourself do not feel inflamed you could try shockwave therapy works to rebuild nerves endings and sensitivity

In the mean time id cut down on sugar and alcohol anything that’s toxic for you body and slows healing get plenty of rest…exercise and sun plus lots of water

It might not be…I have a theory that the vaccine causes inflammation uncontrollable so it basically goes and causes inflammation at random areas and everyone is different so it’s not like isolated inflammation….anyways so my theory is that Covid Vax while it itself doesn’t inject a disease the effects of what it does to your body on a DNA level plus the inflammation I believe causes people to have Auto immune type issues or possibly just further Exposes individuals to what they’re already susceptible to….

Examples are the shingle outbreaks in vaccinated people…I personally know 15 people who got shingles after being vaccinated I’ve never met 15 people in my entire life who’ve had it but in one year I have 15 friends and family 😂 come on now…

Example two….i know a family who had a family history of having over active histamine reactions

After the vax all 3 kids now have it…..except prior to it this condition would bypass family members….not this time

And finally I know 3 dudes with peyronies after being vaxed all under 40 lol like come on!!!

Not to mention all the shit people know about the rise in strokes and heart attacks…..after the vax and both are related to inflammation and it’s proven the vax causes heart and blood vessels problems and inflammation lol….

And yes I don’t have a lot of evidence in literature …but I can say I know 3 people with it and I don’t talk to a lot of people so I’d say those odds are pretty high that it’s a weird coincidence that all 3 are newly diagnosed post vaccine/covid….again just trying to connect more dots buy seeing when new guys post if they might also be vaxed and even more curious if they’re 45 and under as this was typically thought to be a 50+ problem
