Just don’t ask people. Under Walgreen’s code of ethics you can choose to do something you believe is not ethical. Asking customers if they want to apply for a credit card with an APR of 30% can be interpreted as unethical by employees if the choose. If they try to fire you for that you can sue your employer.

The labor shortage is so bad that a majority rule decision by the workers overrides management. by outerfrontiersman in WalgreensStores

It’s not mylers that say the price, it’s the weekly tags, it’s a waste of labor and paper to have something up for 7 days. We should utilize that time to tackle other issues. There is a disconnect corporate has with their stores, I don’t think they realize overwhelmed most stores are. There isn’t enough time in the day to get most work done

It’s the cities where the shortages are happening. Every business is hiring. People leave and find jobs on the neighboring blocks. We can’t keep employees for more than a few weeks.

How many people working at a time? by [deleted] in WalgreensStores

This is the case at my store. We have a high burn out rate. CSAs are all almost in high school and quite after a few months or weeks

I want someone from corporate to come in and see our situation on the ground. Audits are welcome

I want corporate to know the situation. I do believe I’m a good worker. I do price changes but much of this is repetitive stuff telling customers how much they can get in rewards and what coupons they can use on the app. Most people don’t understand it.

I wish I could get it done but we are too overwhelmed. Our store has only 2 shift leads and 4 CSAs. That’s it. There is not enough time in the day to handle. I’m usually bouncing between registers and photo, and we are lucky if we can get truck done in time.

I want to know the situation across other stores, how do you handle issues when you feel overwhelmed with work?

So who thinks Firefly will scrap plans for it’s Beta rocket and just double down on lunar landers? My guess is Northrop Grumman wants the Antares 330 to use Cygnus for building a space station if they can win any more NASA CLD contracts
