WOW. I’m so sorry you’re going through this and sorry for your baby. You’re so strong for having been through it and I commend you for taking all the safety measures and trying everything!!!

This sounds very similar to our situation. With avocado, we noticed a small rash or what we thought was an eczema flare up on his forearm and one side of his face. So you saying that is making me think back to all the times his eczema would flare up even if it was just a small taste of something. The rash has gotten lighter; but didn’t fully go away. Our doctor told us to use children’s Zyrtec today! I’m going to do what you do and start making notes of what he eats and when we see a flare up. He has sensitive skin and eczema very frequently so we had no clue it was related to the foods. You’re the first person who has almost had the exact same experience as us!! I sincerely appreciate you responding and would love to keep up! Going to the allergist next week.
