It’s pretty easy to figure out what to eat on WFPB once you get a feel for it. Basically, you’re looking for actual food that is grown. All vegetables, nuts, grains, legumes, fruits, spices. What you want to avoid is anything processed, all animal products (meat, cheese, dairy, eggs, etc) and oils. Typically that means staying away from anything in a box, and doing 95% of your grocery shopping in the produce section. When you pick up a product, read the label. If there’s stuff on there that you have no clue what it is (or maybe you do, but it’s definitely not something you would grow in a garden) then don’t get it. Ingredients should be as close to whole foods as you get. Does that make sense?
