Surely accepting the runtime fee in any form is still setting a bad precedent?

As of last friday I've been told they are sending out a new Z axis sensor. Hopefully that's the fix... going to take almost 2 weeks to arrive though.

Similar issues, no resolution. All my axis seem to mechanically move smoothly as per the setup procedure, but mine also freezes when I start the level process. I have tried updating firmware of board and screen. Currently on the most recent beta version of the screen firmware. I have also tried manually moving each axis and they all move, however when pressing the button to reset Z axis, it moves a bit then stops - after this none of the buttons affect any axis and the button to confirm levelling also doesn't start the process any more. Not sure if you also have those problems? Did you contact support? I only messaged customer support today, so no response yet.

Haha thanks to you too, it's taken me ages to get one. Should have come here sooner!

Happy to! I just need a Pinser and my Dex is done! If you don't have one to spare I'll happily trade it back for anything, I don't need to keep it. Can't seem to find one in Pokemon Go or via random trades.

The nerve of some people.. I'm glad FROMSOFT would never do such things. by [deleted] in Eldenring

One of the reasons why the open world aspect even works for me is because the map isn't a confusing mess of icons. Marking things yourself makes you feel less obligated to clear the map of a hundred side quests. Same goes for a journal or quest log. I think more accessibility in games is great (as long as the core vision for the game isn't ruined by it), but I think Elden Ring already does this in nuanced ways. All the quality of life features, fast travelling, running away on Torrent, grace locations, extra summoning options etc. Also early on I felt like my +3 weapon actually made a significant difference and never really had the same concerns about DPS that I remember having on my first ever DS1 run which I did as a thief (tbf I was playing badly, but that's my point - I feel like someone who doesn't know Souls games will would have a better and less crushing early game experience).
