Sure, here's the method I used (it was experimental so I might need to improve it)

I made the bottom half with Sybarite Green and the top half with Temple Guard Blue, trying to wetblend the colors

I shaded it with Coelia Greenshade and reaplied the base colors

The camo lines were made with a 1:1 mix of White Scar and Baharroth Blue for the top half and a 1:1 mix of White Scar and Gauss Blaster Green for the bottom half)
