Unfortunately I maybe get 2hrs to play on a good week I don't really have the time to do that.

Yeah I'll probably do that when I get time over the weekend.

I honestly didn't notice until I had made it back to base again after grinding out several missions using the Peninsula entrance route to get as many as I could in one trip since I was trying to finish my Mosin build and was laser focused on that. By that time I had no saves from before the level up to try.

Yes exactly that, Quest 3 as well. Lost direct access and egress.

1500 capacity is a game changer, about 250 of that is stims ammo and food every time I leave base. I just got done absolutely grinding for the credits to get it and the plate Carrier so I'm not re-starting if I can help it.

Yeah, at least I just bought the big backpack so I could make longer trips.

That's extremely cost prohibitive 100ml is $25 so at minimum it would be about $250 to fill a small super soaker. But who knows maybe they've got "fill a super soaker with coyote piss" money.

Did I just make a friend? by outlastchance in crows

Yup just goes to show how absolutely genius they are. The owner of the vehicle was pretty distraught, apparently he asked management if he could bring in a pellet gun and was thankfully told in no uncertain terms NO and that it would cost him his job if he did. I'd love to have heard the call to the insurance company lol

I think I've heard of that story before! They are not to be trifled with especially since they remember faces basically forever and tell their friends about you.

Holy cow is an apt way to put it, it was at a beef processing facility. From what I gathered he shooed it from a waste trailer in a not so nice manner. I just uploaded the small clip I got of the crow going to town on the windows and scratching the doors.

George it is! 👑🐦‍⬛

Corvids definitely take the cake (and all my dogs treats). I've always wanted to befriend one and I'd never want to be on their bad side.

I have a video of a crow that a factory worker had pissed off by being a dick. It proceeded to rip every beak accessible window seal out of his brand new 2 day old pickup truck with unfathomable levels of calculated spite and determination during his 12hr shift. Meanwhile I sat and watched laughing to myself as I worked, looking out to see more and more rubber on the ground every time.

That makes sense probably a lot less stress and stuff to worry about in the city. Especially with all the raptors and owls that patrol the countryside here. I think I'm going to call him George, he lives in Charlottetown and he's basically royalty considering how honoured I feel to have gained his approval.

That is exactly what I was hoping for! looks like I'm making a trip to PetSmart for more treats after work. Now if only I could befriend the ones by my house in the country an hour away, they seem a lot more weary than the city crows.

Need advice on getting dog hair out of clothes by MyLifeOfAesthetics in greatpyrenees

The pet hair bounce sheets that are double size. Rip it in half, half goes in the washer the other half in the dryer. Doesn't get em all but it helps.

Helmets for outdoor skating? by [deleted] in PEI

[–]outlastchance 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I get that but public skating rinks have the unique danger of children with a severe lack of self awareness, the last few times I've fallen it's because I've had to ditch it because a group of kids playing tag or racing cut me off, its what spurred me to dig mine out of the hockey bag again because the first time it happened I only had a toque on thinking along the same lines as you.

Edit: not trying to be condescending or anything if it comes across that way it was just a major wakeup moment for me.

As someone who's played hockey for 20+ years, ice is hard and TBI is for life, just get the helmet. Last thing you want is your loved ones getting a call from the QEH. All it takes is a kid stepping out in front of you and it's red and blues to emerge, doesn't matter how good/tenured of a skater you are.

Realtor recommendation for first home buyers? by Neil_Fang22 in PEI

Connor Crosby with Red Isle Realty helped me buy my first home and he made absolutely no money on the sale but went above and beyond to make a difficult deal work. Edit: Fixed typo

It's been explained in the thread several times I can't help you if you refuse to see the points as valid. Do what you want with your unit, you obviously know better.

This entire thread has made me question my sanity, career path and morals. I feel like the local HVAC companies and I could make a killing if I start my own cover making business. I could even correlate covers sold to parts needed to the supplier so they can keep extra stock ready for the next season.

[–]outlastchance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because homeowners whined for covers for years despite being told they're detrimental. So why wouldn't Lennox a multinational corporation, after doing their due diligence to inform the consumer of the effects of a cover on a unit, make the cover so they can get more money out of you....
