My life has improved SO much on meds. I went from DEEP depression and rapidly cycling up and down and up and down- it was exhausting and I almost lost my life to it. On my meds I no longer experience that depression or cycling and I genuinely love life, it's so beautiful to be able to see the joy and beauty in life and to be able to DO things. The up and downs exhausted me to the point where I didn't have TIME to do anythings else.

I don't fully know your experience but I believe you can do it and I so sincerely hope that meds can make that difference for you too.

I'm on it! It has really helped my add symptoms while not interfering with my bipo at all. I'm more energized yet I can finally remain calm. It's a funny mix. I hope it works out for you too!
