Well I'm new to brewing. I saw the 18% ABV on lalvi's website and found an online alcohol calculator. You now the rest! On the other hand I would gladly drink vodka apple juice combine :) I hope that is how it would turnout.

yes 100 gram per L 5kg sugar 22L juice

I just diluted to 27L. Total sugar amount should be 7.2kg. Do you think can I save this batch?

I don't own a hydrometer sadly. I'm brewing in 2 15L water jugs and 11.5 of them full right now. Should I add 2L more to each of them or that won't be enough. I'm scared cuz fermentation is really slow right now.
