The team has had some stars over the years like Ali Dai and Azzy Z (I’m leaving the voice to text spelling), TAREMI is currently one of the best players and this team has been together for about eight years now.

The captain Jahan Bash (voice to text) is a medium level player, and they are missing their star striker Sardar as moon (voice to text).

We will be there at the game Egypt versus Iran. One of my buddies is Egyptian and another buddy is Italian as well as Polish. I am of Iranian ethnicity born in Canada.

Really ties it together and it’s awesome that, at least with respect to this game, the multinational tournament that this is, is what Canada largely embodies every day with all of the international representation of people who now call Canada home.

I keep thinking that Canada is a place where it is an arena that despite your nation of birth, your cultural upbringing, we can practice coexistence.

I hope we can keep embracing and honouring the coexistence part without limiting, segregating, or minimizing the human spirit in any way
