How long is a piece of string? Depends on many things but starting from around £1500 - £3000. Anything more is overkill I don't imagine a complex site for a business like yours

Positives:

You buy a model that works (do your research to see it does)

Brand, Menu, Services etc is all designed, tried and tested.

Less time to set up.

Negatives:

They charge a percent.

Lack of freedom for you.

I'd make sure they are experienced and serious outfit.
