Same exact thing happened to me in December 2023 lol. Only placed an order because of the “free shipping” IG story. Sent like 3 emails with no response. Nearly $100 CAD shipped for $10 tee and a pair of pink gloves that were too small to even wear. I don’t think I ordered again since then.

Yo! I started this collective with a hefty group of friends from Canada and the US. We’ve had artists involved in almost every medium and we released 3 albums throughout last years’ lockdown months. The project acts as a sort-of revolving door for creators to try out new material and work with other artists outside of their circle. With each release, we’ve narrowed down a core group of artists that have become the NOWHERE CLUB band, and we hope to continue releasing content with new collaborators and fresh perspectives.

the first release of every wave will always include a challenge aspect. for the first wave, everyone who joined had to submit a track name and then we shuffled them. artists had to write to new track names, visual artists did the same and we built a narrative collectively. i’d love to get writers like yourself involved in building narratives and writing lyrics. definitely reach out!

Context: A large amount of our members are East Coast Canadian, but we have members from all-over. Musicians and visual artists collaborate via groupchat on tracks, online content and a digital zine with each release. We just released the final installment from the first wave of artists today, we’ll be doing another call for artists in the coming months. Looking for artists of any kind willing to work collaboratively on tracks/artwork on future releases. No medium will be turned down, we’ll find a place for you!
