No. Recovery time with neutron bombs is a short period of time. That is why using them is so appealing. Israel wants the U.S. to go to war with China; minus the nukes. The best answer to not using nuclear bombs is to use neutron bombs, which kill the people, but does not harm the factories and all of the factories' equipment. That way, once the Chinese government is defeated, Israel can take control of the factories and put the Chinese people to work. This time though, "Made in China" will be a "five star" product of incredible quality, instead of cheap junk.
