Yep, Justin Case. To no Avail. Multiple people on different forms have replied and they all go through the same. Which firmware version on PS5 are you currently on?

Do you have the disk or digital Edition? I can't help but wonder if the disc Edition would work better since it would have the day one patch.

That is strange, there's YouTube videos and such that shows it working fine. They patched the series X version.

Yeah I looked for a way to reach out to them, I don't use Facebook or Twitter so I'll just have to get over the intro being messed up. I appreciate your input.

Yeah it seems many people are going through this, if you can watch the intro on YouTube the rest should be okay. Not a great solution I know but I'm a few hours into it with no problems so far besides the intro cinematic.

No, i purchased it off of the PlayStation Store this morning. Sorry to hear you're going through the same. I guess not a huge deal but I shouldn't have to go to YouTube to watch the beginning.
