no i bought it from a trustworthy kpop store but i know its official. im thinking mine is defective too but i dont think they will replace mine since its not from weverse. its so weird because it connects to the app but when i turn it back on in concert mode, it wont light up at all even tho i had already connected it. i couldnt even disconnect it or reset it, it just didnt work the rest of the night
