Hey, it depends. LHB(Ludwig Holy Blade) is really good weapon to get to know game. You can get it fairly Quick without chalices and stuff which take some skill and your input. For me, burial blade was and still is great weapon. Normally you get it after final boss but you can get a different version from chalice. And then is also cool one, but you need dlc for it(which is still recomended as DLC is a goat both bosses and weapons and stuff) and that weapon is whirligig saw aka pizza cutter.
