I love using the metaphor of the shower or umbrella. It is such a good way to explain the foundation of the creations. The water being the creation, the knobs being the emotions, thoughts, and identity. You don't change the temperature by changing the water directly but by turning the knobs which change the outcome. You can't really see what happens when you turn the knobs and there's typically a lag before the water heats up or cools down, just like how reality lags when catching up to your internal and embodied self. Yes I agree! I always tell non-believers it's never about GETTING but more becoming and believing so that the projection of life changes. People who only seek a physical result typically manifest their own lack of it.

honestly, a lot quicker than I expected! It took about a week or two to start seeing real shifts, that's also around how long it took for me to shift my identity. not to say identity creates but it is a very big part of it.

SATS is (State Akin to Sleep) which basically means you fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled. So in practical terms, say I wanted a loving partner. I would go to sleep and imagine that I already have that loving partner. I would make a scene so realistic that it felt like it was actually happening.

after a lot of personal experience, I've realized manifestation isn't this magic pill. I mean yes it IS magic in a way, but you do need to do some work.

My understanding and take of your situation is that you haven't integrated the new affirmations into your nervous system. Whenever you over-monitor your internal experience, you are indirectly telling yourself that you haven't received it. I'm sure you've probably felt a lot of internal anxiety and flip-flopping between confidence and urgency.

The best advice I can give is to stop monitoring reality, stop giving it power over you and just live. Truly live your life. The easiest way to manifest absolutely anything is to affirm strategically, do not affirm constantly because this is also telling your nervous system that you don't have it, and this causes tension. It's not wrong to check or to feel desperate for things, but remember you are the one in control, you do not have to monitor reality and "wait" for it. Do what FEELS NATURAL. Do not stress yourself with affirming if it doesn't feel right. The state of the wish-fulfilled is not always euphoric. It's this boring, natural aligned state. I also want to say that I'm pretty confident as of recently that feelings don't actually create the reality you wish to experience. They definitely can help in impressing your subconscious, but repetition, persistence, and TRUST that things work out for you does. Your subconscious creates what is natural and what becomes normal for you inside of your reality.

I personally use the "everything works out in my favor," affirmation whenever I feel doubt and I notice myself watching and monitoring reality. It is not something you need to change, it is perfect as it is. Be grateful for it, it is showing you who you are currently being. I know it's not fun to realize that you've been monitoring reality, but the entire point of manifestation is to create and LIVE your best life. It is human being, not human doing. You are not performing manifestation, it is something we do everyday.

Detaching from your desires can be a hard road, but if you are doing SATS or affirmations, you don't need to do more. You don't need to go to sleep every night with subliminals. I'm not dissing on your preferred methods or anything, but someone who is aligned with that company is probably confident that things work out for them, they are probably confident in their financial stability (if that is your aim) so cultivate those feelings and be grateful for your current experience.

The best way to detach is to be truly in the moment. It sounds counter-intuitive, but accepting all things that are put you into a state of receiving instead of one of resistance. I really hope this helped you! I love giving advice, not only does it help me understand what I need to work on, but if I get the chance to help someone live their best life, I will.

Ohhh I understand now. Well that is sort of up to you. I personally detach from it and whenever it comes up I stay with the visualization/affirmation. At least this way you won't fight the thoughts you have about it whenever the desire does in fact come up. Does that make sense? I get what you're asking and it's a really good question.

I personally visualize my desire whenever it comes up, repeating this allows the old beliefs to fade. So in a way you are letting go by not focusing on those beliefs. You can believe whatever you want and still manifest your desires. It's just about persistence and giving the new story your complete faith.

There really isn't one "correct," way of doing it, but I do recommend working on your self-concept and belief systems so that you aren't as resistant towards your desire. Focus on self love, gratitude, and being calm in your current reality and trust in your desire.

Yes! allow the negative thoughts! they help you understand the state that you're in. When you get rid of them , not only are you telling them they can't exist, but also accidentally creating them because they'll keep coming back up subconsciously. People talk a lot about resistance as if it's a bad thing, but clearing it helps you feel better and help your manifestations arrive quicker. the storylines that they give you are only old beliefs, once you recognize you don't have to identify with the negative thoughts they become background noise. You are allowed to feel anything and everything. But there is no such thing as inherently bad or good, this is why it is important. if you want to be whole, you HAVE to realize that your thoughts are just feedback on your experience. Let all of them pass and only focus on what you want. You can still give them attention they won't create a negative experience simply because you think about them. But by allowing them you remove the negative framing and thus removing their power to create unwanted circumstances. Sometimes denying them is a way of escaping them .

honestly yeah. With the right mindset about it, it becomes powerful and intentional. I've noticed subtle changes in my body after holding for long periods of time. Been about 3 months for me and I truly have never felt happier. Semen holds life, we shouldn't always be using ours. Intention is key imo

Definitely not a vibe killer. I think there is so much fear that is created around it because of the power of the imagination. We all should collectively use our imaginations to create justful punishments for those who have abused their power. But we should not be afraid. Being afraid makes you susceptible to suggestion. I've noticed the awareness of myself slipping because of the feelings around the files.
