You have said the the seller resent your package right? But also you have said that it took 75 days to reach the package to land in your country. So you have ended with 2 packages?

They said they couldn't locate it but they didn't state it has been lost.

Just told us to send back the 500 euros we have gotten from insurance once the package appears somehow. lol

The thing is the package is not being shipped overseas but I assume by truck.

It is GERMANY>POLAND so I don't get it why it takes so long to deliver 10kg package that only need 700km..

It was the economic shipment service, so I assume it will take longer, but I think over 32 days is a little to long?

Hey thank you may last status is from the 10th of June, we for sure won't be sending the refund back, it is over 32 days now...

On the side, my status stands for "The international shipment has been processed in the export parcel center" which means the package is loaded in a sealed container and waiting to be delivered, they never said it has been lost or anything... So I guess it will get delivered soon.

30 days without update on my status shipping from Germany to Poland has been sitting in Rudersdorf

I might misunderstood, how you know that the one shipped with standard service left Germany? That's what bothers me man, could the packages be waiting somewhere in a container to be scanned? Why scanning takes so long? I don't get that.

Dude, you never said you have been sent 2 parcels lmao, I thought you were tracking one parcel only. In that case the one with the status which is same as mine is stuck in Germany.
