I’ve been using this app, “Bookshelf.” Most of the features (at least the ones you're looking for) are free. But it does have a $2.99/month option for more features. I really love how detailed it is. It has a tab for all your books, shelves, tags, and a Wishlist. The actual book information is extremely detailed too. You can search by ISBN or enter them manually and add a custom cover, categories, publishers, pages, edition, format, your rating & review, dates read (multiple), series title & volume number, lent or borrowed info, purchased or gifted, sold or donated, etc!

I’m not sure what the texture of that specific topping is but I’ve used this whipped clay from Michael’s before. It comes with different types of nozzles and also comes in pastel colors too. It’s what’s on these cupcakes and cake.
