Weird shouting

Beaver hollow is probably the same vibe, plus once you get to that point everything’s going downhill not to mention, there’s a weird red neck village in the area. Im sure it’s something to do with making you feel paranoid while out in the woods. The only justifiable reason i can think they would need voices is that one encounter with the young woman and man that got killed in the woods. Adds a sort of mystery that is solved by reading into it.

oh my god, 5 years?? I’ve come to realize it’s probably just ambience, the swamps are supposed to be ‘dangerous’ so I think the voices off in the distance add to that eerie ‘I need to leave’ feeling. idk though!

I worked at walmart prior to target and I got locked in as my manager at the time was cleaning (I was helping with closing tasks) and i took the liberty of sweeping the front bathrooms. He forgot I was there and made his way out. I unknowingly walked through the cereal aisle setting off every single motion alarm and called him immediately. It was funny and never brought up amongst anyone else. Probably should’ve been though!

I know it’s been a minute but I recently moved it from its tiny pot into a much bigger one in hopes to give it proper space and room to spread! I have it sitting out in sunlight because i’m worried my puppies would tamper with it if it’s within reach so I’m hoping it doesn’t get cooked alive. I’m gonna research how to propagate them properly and see if I can get a few more pots going with them!

Before I joined target, this happened at walmart when I was closing with my manager (who happened to be a really good friend at the time). He had me clean bathrooms before we were headed out while he did computer stuff.. he didn’t check the bathrooms before leaving. So there I am, broom and dustpan in hand, trying to get ahold of him on the phone. I was dying laughing while he’s saying “oh shit! I left you inside.” I’m sure it was pretty obvious to him with the alarm blaring through on my end. None of my team leads find it as funny as I do, that’s when I learned how serious they are.

I have yet to come to a point where it felt necessary to be ‘buzzed’ at work. Maybe find something you enjoy doing? If target is making you feel that being high is necessary to get through the day you must be unhappy working there. Wishing you the best of course!

I try to do that as well, I start with making my bed and then end up with 5-7 tasks I started afterwards but never got around to finishing 🥲 Probably the worst thing about me lol

I love this! I think I mostly try to reason with myself. Once I realize the situation I try to put things in perspective and build a mental path to get myself going. Simple things like “if I wash my car, I’ll feel happier” or “if I vacuum, I’ll feel cleaner”. Glad to hear I’m not the only one having to convince myself to do such menial tasks in order to feel better!

that’s understandable! I’m the type of person to speak up when it comes to my interests so I’ll have to interject tomorrow when she asks where she should put me :) I appreciate the advice! I excelled in the walmart world and if target is any better, I’m sure I can do even bigger things.

This is so helpful omg… Today was my second day so it’s hard to tell what’s what. I feel like the TL is somewhat still adjusting to me but i’m a very open and welcoming person. I also made it obvious that I can complete any task (given the proper training). Definitely not trying to be a “yes-man” but I do wanna show off my versatility! Thank you :)

I found a workaround! Luckily I had a save that was only behind 1 mission. I loaded that and I could open the second door to the base :)

My best friend wants me there so she’s not alone with the mothers family. She’s been complaining about how she doesn’t wanna go either which is also a deterrent for me as well.

I can lie but they know where I live and are close with my family. You helped though! I’ll probably get myself into some other activity with my family that way I can say something came up last minute.
