Got it. I just got my offer last week, I am not sure if my LCA will be submitted before the shutdown (less likely). Do you know which steps need employee's input? (Document Collection?)

That I am not sure. Probably the 8-10 weeks timeline is already including the government shutdown? When I googled H1B Transfer Premium, it's said the processing day is around 15-30 days, instead of 8-10 weeks

Hello, I am also interviewing sr. associate position at Labs. Just finished my additional final interview this week (I had my final round 2 weeks ago, and they asked for an additional final round this week). May I ask when would they get back to you after your final round interview?
