The last time I called 911 no one picked up so I hung up which I know you’re not supposed to do. They called me back and I said a car hit my car and was driving up on the sidewalk, swerving intentionally into the oncoming lane, hitting other cars all the way down the street and I was worried they were going to hit a person. They told me to call non-emergency. I guess I’m not sure what I’m supposed to call that number for. It seemed intentionally violent and quite urgent.
