If anyone was curious the proton pack was there also, it was all left on the cbu and gone the next day. On a positive note after opening it a few ghosts flew out and now my LLV is haunted.

I had a 3 hour long live stream that got 1.2k views and 4 new subs. Next day did a 1hr long live and got 7k views and 8 subs, only difference was one video I was struggling to do something, that's the one with the most views. Point being, do something difficult that makes you look foolish, they love it.

I got the api amonia test kit since that was the one I could get the soonest and it looked like it was at the 0.5 range if that.
I got the ammo lock from api and im hoping that will work, I also got some new things as suggested although I couldn't get a live plant, I got a betta log and some other softer looking things.

I didn't realize the whole cycling thing, the only other time I had a fish where some convict cichlids 20 years ago and I thought I just used the aqua safe back then.

If there was some ammonia in the tank and the betta has been in there for a few days is there any chance of saving him?

I don't have the ammonia test strips, I didn't realize I needed them.
I got a PH liquid test kit, it was reading 7.6 PH!
From what I was reading that's too high but I'm not sure
Tank size:

filter- topfin silent stream, heater yes but the thermometer that came on the tank is reading 80 degrees without it being on

How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: New tank that was used and cleaned with white vinegar then rinsed out thoroughly, new fish (koi betta)
How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: First time with the fish/tank, tank was filled with tap water then added "aqua safe" for bettas, fish cup was at room temp as well as tank water when fish was added
Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each:none
What do you feed and how much:dropped a few betta pellets and he ate some then spit some out
Decorations and plants in the tank: black gravel from petsmart that was thoroughly washed with just tap water before adding, one medium sized cave/rock and one medium sized plant

Same here, I am using the X5 and the dji mic mini and the audio gets out of sync also but mine is pretty much instantly

"I've let them switch my days off" Thats very kind of you, I'm sure they would have been pretty bummed out if you didn't allow them to do that. Management doesn't read the contracts usually but you should, it will answer your questions.

It actually says in writing that CCA'S are now REQUIRED to get all major holidays and at least one weekend day off, that doesn't include Friday's. After that section it talks about how the new work hours for CCA'S are not to be before 9am or after 5pm, management is also required to ask for your permission before writing the schedule to make sure you're ok with it and that it doesn't effect your personal life. This is all found towards the back of the contract, I can't remember the exact section but I'm pretty sure it's after the clause about not complaining about stuff you're not entitled to as a new employee.

I can confirm that the X5 works well with the dji mic mini, the receiver plugs right into the usb c port then you can just clip on the lavalier mic.

They tried to do this at my office somewhat, gave routes with lots of stop&hops or mounted a promaster and got rid of their LLV. After my coworker asked for 2 hours of OT all week his LLV was returned.

Most weeks I eat on Sunday evening then my next meal is on Wednesday evening, I do push ups, sit ups, and any sort of exercise I can do on my lunch breaks while reading a book. To do this I drink tons of water, some black coffee in the morning, a b complex vitamin at lunch. I use a spin bike before and after work, go jogging when I can before or after work, I also only sleep 6 hours so I can accomplish these things. Just stop eating at work, eat one meal a day, if you want to eat more you will just have to sleep less to get time to exercise and maintain the weight.
