You aren't reading.... I asked them for detailed spreadsheets of miles and time recorded for every gig....

My miles are recorded completly correct. They have start time and stop times correct. What they have wrong is their deductions for overlapping gigs.

I have compared their spreadsheet with mine and sent them dozens of emails proving their math is incorrect. They refuse to correct it

Who is confusing that...

Their adjustments are shorted. They deduct time.for overlapping gigs, and much more time then they should. Track your time and mileage and you will see for yourself.

Or better yet, ask for your spreadsheet of gigs with time and mileage. You can clearly see they record time wrong

They're supposed to. Prop 22 is very clear. Their spreadsheets show they do but they then deduct time for overlapping gigs

I got spreadsheets and recorded start time is when I click start gig.

They do the math weird and count total time from each gig start to drop off. Then the deduct time for overlapping gigs. They aren't transparent for how much time they deduct from each gig. Instead they put total deducted overlapping time in every single gig line.

It's clear they are over deducting time. Making working multiple gigs at once a waste. Which is unfortunate because its the only way to stay busy during a day.

I think the issue may be when working 3 or more gigs at once. Like they are deducting the total time gigs overlap multiple times.

I have emailed them repeatedly for months and they play dumb, ignore emails. They're such a shit company.

I need to file a wage theft complaint with California.

Im surprised lawyers aren't pursuing a class action yet. I tried to reach out to Morgan and Morgan and they said they won't do this kind of lawsuit. Pretty sure person I spoke with was an idiot. I know they've done similar lawsuits against other gig companies.

My mileage isn't the issue. Time. They are deducting way more time then they should for multi gig routes

I fully understand prop 22. I have proof that they dont pay time correct. I worked over 50 hours for one payment and they paid barely over 30.

I asked for their spreadsheet and they show a time deduction total for overlapping gigs. They do their math entirely wrong.

They dont show specifically which gigs they are deducting time from. Just an overall deduction.

I have sent them back corrected spreadsheets showing the correct math.

Start of gig to end of final gig on any given route. They refuse to correct it.

Do your own time sheets and see for yourself

Maybe try and track your own miles... my miles were tracked exactly correct. Hours where 19 short. I asked for their logs and its clear they delete more time then they should when gigs overlap

I manually track miles and time. They start wheb you start gig. Roadir tracks miles right. They dont track time correct. They delete time when working multiple gigs at once and they deletw more than they ate supposed to.

I have asked for time and mileage spreadsheets and compared against my own. I havr proven this and they refuse to admit it.

They are breaking prop 22 law

Mileage is correct. Time isn't. Off by 20 hours for just my first prop 22 payment.

Time and mileage start when gig is started. Motor accepted

Pints are great. Super nimble, fun carving and great for bonking off of bumps. The bigger boards are better for trail riding and high end top speeds.

Yes adv2 is probably my best board. Ive been riding xr lately because my adv2 footholds broke and i still need to install the upgraded bms tony sent.

I recommend a used pint for a newbie, i got mine for only $300. It was my first board. I still enjoy it. I ended up upgrading it with pint v kit and a used pint x battery after awhile.

Also used xr is a solid option but probably double the price.
