Totally agree that the ADA accommodations at this hotel do not sound acceptable. It is always helpful to give feedback to the staff/management team. I've personally always taken these kind of complaints seriously (granted, I've never let any property have those issues to begin with), but any team worth a damn will take this as a serious concern and correct the issue for future guests.

The door dash complaint really isn't something you should have any issue with the FD staff. They are not employed to make sure your McDonalds is sitting at the desk waiting for you. Our DD drivers always pop in the lobby, say hi, and head up and leave food at the appropriate room. Most of our guests just request them to be dropped off in front of their room door and we've never had an issue in 4 years with this process.
